Executive Chef Hanna Pham is a proud South Bay native. Born in Vietnam and raised in Santa Cruz, her path to cooking and restaurants took a winding route. After graduating from San Jose State University, Hanna pursued her dream and traveled the world as a professional singer. Performing around the world afforded her opportunities to partake in her other love, eating and cooking.
In 2005, she opened her first restaurant in downtown San Jose which received popular and critical acclaim. Now she brings her vivacity and love for good food here in the charming town of Los Gatos.
